"Laminating" refers to using glue to "bond" the fabric to fabric. We use lamination to increase the strength of the fabric and make the fabric durable and waterproof. This is the most commonly used processing The process can be widely used in the production of various related products. The following five types of commonly used laminating fabrics are as follows.
- Between Environmental Paste
The paste with water-soluble glue suitable for Neoprene / CS / SBR / TPE / TPU / PU / EVA
- Pasted With None-Solvent
suitable for TPE / TPU / PU / EVA / PE
- Regular Paste With Solvent
General solvent or paste available for all materials above mentioned.
- Material Foam
suitable for CR / CS / SBR / TPO / TPE ( Environmentally-Friendly Material) /
Regular PU water-soluble PU / EVA/ Plant Fiber EVA / NBR
Neoprene
Neoprene, also known as CR, has the properties of being soft, waterproof, stretchable, cushioning, cold-resistant, heat-insulating, seawater-resistant, and ozone-resistant. It can be matched with various fabrics to achieve different functional demands, and different softness and hardness are used in diving suits, surfing suits, protective gear, bags, shoes, etc.
Neoprene includes the following three types: CR/CS/SBR
EVA/TPE
Closed-cell thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers (EVA), and foam materials are used in protective gear, shoes, and bags. They can provide a comfortable and protective experience. When applied to industrial packaging, they have excellent protection. High-molecular weight elastic foam materials are available in a variety of hardness, and can be cut to different thicknesses or processed for different finished products to meet different application needs.
TPU/PU/PE
TPU films are available in polyester and polyether films. The hardness, strength, transparency, elasticity, and elongation of the two films are different. TPU breathability can be divided into high, medium, and low. PU film is an environmentally friendly material that is non-toxic and biodegradable. It has excellent properties such as high strength, good toughness, wear resistance, tensile resistance, low-temperature cracking resistance, oil resistance, aging resistance, climate resistance, waterproof and breathable, windproof and cold-resistant.
UNI-CELL
UNI-CELL is a proprietary material developed by our company. UNI-CELL has the properties of breathability, softness, shock absorption, and good coverage.
